Reimagining a brand takes understanding, vision, and the ability to execute something that’s never existed before. This new design will help charter the client to new heights, with a true sense of individuality and authenticity when dealing with the end of life.
Design Language
What started off as a simple request to create a new website quickly revealed a larger opportunity to better position, define, and communicate the product – while presenting a new way to engage digital consumers on and off the site.

…."Make site more attractive and user friendly." From this simple objective, I formed a long-term vision that looked to improve how consumers interact with the brand site, the look and feel, and the ability to protect the brand in its market space.

When reviewing the data from the old site, there were clear signs of opportunities to enhance the look and feel of the brand, redefine the product in a modern and respectful way, and give a true sense of personality to a brand in a financial industry that felt approachable.

Once digital visitors left their computers, the new brand needed to feel congruent offline as well. New policy fulfillment, agent materials, and mail pieces were created to align with the upcoming brand rollout.
